The case back of IWC Big Pilot IW503003 and IWC Big Pilot IW389005 is also very different. But the backs of both watches have flags representing victory in racing. IW503003 is a transparent case back. The flags appear on the pendulum of the movement. These are two small flags. IW389005 case back is an internship. The two large flags are carved in the middle.
